Recalculate Rollup Summary Fields

Description
Users sometimes find that one or two of their records are showing unexpected results for their Rollup Summary fields.
Résolution

To correct this, you can perform the following:
 
  1. Go to Setup | Object Manager | Affected Object | Fields and Relationships | Affected Rollup Summary Field
  2. Click Edit
  3. Under "Roll-Up Summary Options" select Force a mass recalculation of this field
  4. Then click Save.

This allows all your records to have correctly calculated information.

You can then edit the Roll-Up Summary and return it to its previous setting.

If you’re still having issues after forcing a mass recalculation on the field, contact Salesforce Support for further assistance.
