Receiving 'Could not connect to server' error when attempting to connect Marketing Cloud SFTP

Fecha de publicación: Oct 13, 2022
Descripción
When creating or modifying a Marketing Cloud SFTP Account, there is an option to specify which IP Addresses can connect to the SFTP. If there are any values listed here, then only connections initiated from the specified IP Addresses.

If the IP Address initiating the connection receives a 'Could not connect to server' error, this can be caused by having these restricted.
