Create HTML Email Status Report

HTML Email Status Report can be used to track the activity of emails sent from the Salesforce Platform. Activity Tracking includes First Opened, Last Opened, Number of Times Opened fields.
Ratkaisu
 
  1. Go to the Reports object.
  2. Click on the New Report button.
  3. On the search box, enter HTML Email Status, then the Continue button.
  4. Add the fields that you would like to add to the report (for example, First Opened, Last Opened, Number of Times Opened fields).
  5. Click on the Run button on the upper right part of the screen.
  6. Click Save & Run to save the report as well.
