Send Email action button in Salesforce Maps

The Send Email button can be used in different ways to send an email to one record or multiple records.

Send an Email from a Single Record Marker:

1. Plot a marker layer on Maps and click on a marker 
2. Go to the Actions tab
3. Click on Send Email button.
This will open a new tab in Salesforce Classic UI with a few details from the record auto populated.

Sending an email for Multiple records using a boundary:

1. Plot a marker layer on Maps
2. Draw a Boundary around the records you want to send the email to 
2. Right click on the boundary and click on Mass Actions -> Send Email

Sending an email for Multiple records using a List View:

1. Plot a marker layer on Maps
2. Click on the List from top menu options and list view will appear at the bottom half of the screen.
3. Select the records you want to send the email to
4. Select Send Email as an option from the dropdown and click on 'Apply'

Please note: sending emails to multiple records using Mass Action or List View will open multiple tabs in Salesforce Classic UI with a few details from the record auto populated.

Note - In order to send emails to multiple records, please make sure the pop-ups are enabled in your browser settings.
