When using the Salesforce Outlook Integration side panel, a permission popup may appear asking the user to confirm opening a page in a new tab. This occurs even when the browser's popup blocker has already been disabled, and is specific to the behavior of the Outlook Integration add-in.
The popup message displays as: "Open this page? Because of your browser settings, we need your permission to open... in a new tab. To prevent this message from displaying in the future, disable your browser's popup blocker."
Note: The popup may still appear even after disabling the browser's popup blocker.
Select Open when prompted to navigate to the item in the side panel. This is a one-time action for that navigation event.
This behavior is currently working as expected. Salesforce plans to improve this behavior in a future release. No configuration change is required at this time.
