Salesforce Outlook Integration Prompts For Permission to Open a Page Because of Browser Settings

A popup in the Outlook Integration side panel can show up even when the browser's popup blocker is already disabled.  The message displays as follows: 

"Open this page?  Because of your browser settings, we need your permission to open... in a new tab. To prevent this message from displaying in the future, disable your browser’s popup blocker."

Note: The popup may still appear even after disabling the browser’s popup blocker.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open email in Outlook
2. Open Salesforce 'VIEW'
3. Click on any of the matching records
4. Click on the up arrow icon to open the record in Salesforce
