When the Sales Engagement app feature is disabled in your org, deleting Tasks with Cadence subtypes may result in one of the following errors:
"Cannot query with all access"
OR
"You can’t delete sales cadence tasks when Sales Engagement is turned off.
These tasks update automatically as targets advance through the sales cadence."
The only way to delete a Task throwing one of these errors is by re-enabling Sales Engagement feature.
To re-enable, contact your Account Executive to request a temporary provisioning to re-enable the Sales Engagement license.
If you are unaware of whom to contact, please log a case with Salesforce Support.
