Date de publication: Apr 30, 2026
Description

Users with a Sales Enablement license may be redirected to the public Trailhead site instead of their company’s Sales Enablement site (e.g., yourdomain.my.salesforce.com/learning). This prevents access to custom learning content.

Environment:

  • Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Sales Enablement (formerly myTrailhead)

  • Confirm the user has the Enablement license assigned.
  • If already assigned:
    • Go to Setup → Users.
    • Deactivate the user and save.
    • Reactivate the user and save.
  • Ask the user to log out and log back in.
