Marketing Cloud Intelligence - Find your Workspace ID

Follow these steps to determine your Workspace ID in Intelligence. The Workspace ID will assist the Support team in assisting you faster by knowing where help is desired. 

Notes:
- Marketing Cloud Intelligence workspace ID is not available through Intelligence Reports for Engagement on Marketing Cloud Engagement, please provide your Marketing Cloud Instance instead.   
- If you cannot log into your Marketing Cloud Intelligence account, your email is enough. 

1. Log in to the Intelligence platform:

• AWS US https://platform.datorama.com
• AWS EU https://platform-eu.datorama.com
• Azure US https://platform-us2.datorama.com
• Azure EU https://platform-eu2.datorama.com

2. Click the name of your Workspace, located in the upper left-hand corner of your Intelligence screen.

A popup window will display all Workspaces that are accessible to you. At the top of this screen, is the name of the Workspace you are currently viewing. Directly below the name of the Workspace Name is a number, this number is your Workspace ID.
