Salesforce retired the Thunderhead Interaction Studio product on March 1, 2023. We recommended that you contact your account representative to understand your options for continued Interaction Studio functionality.
Because your organization had Thunderhead Interaction Studio capability, we wanted to let you know how the retirement affected you and what your options were.
We retired Thunderhead Interaction Studio because Salesforce acquired Evergage and embedded Interaction Studio functionality in the Salesforce Customer 360 Ecosystem.
What did this change mean for me?
Thunderhead Interaction Studio is no longer available after March 1, 2023.
What action could I have taken?
Contact your account representative to understand your options to continue Interaction Studio functionality after the retirement date.
What happens if I didn’t take action?
If you didn't take action, you would lose Interaction Studio functionality.
If you have more questions, open a case with support via Salesforce Help or contact your Salesforce account team. To view all current and past retirements, see Salesforce Product & Feature Retirements.
