Salesforce has retired NGO Connect and Advancement Connect on January 31, 2023, to focus on further developing Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud functionality. Support for NGO Connect and Advancement Connect ended on January 31, 2023 (or for Customers with an Order End Date later than January 31, 2023, the Order End Date listed on the Order Form).
Salesforce developed Nonprofit Cloud so that nonprofit organizations could run their entire mission on a unified platform. Equivalent functionality for NGO Connect is available in the Nonprofit Success Pack and newly released products such as Elevate and Insights Platform: Supporter Data Integrity.
What action can I take?
Assess your Advancement Connect and NGO Connect usage to determine which Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud solution provides a good fit for your needs. Before the retirement date, export your data from NGO Connect or Advancement Connect and migrate to a new Salesforce org.
If you use Pardot or Marketing Cloud, connect them to the new Salesforce org.
What happens if I don’t take action?
After January 31, 2023 (or your Order End Date), you no longer have access to the functionality or can export data provided by NGO Connect and Advancement Connect. You also won’t be able to export data or access associated data through reports or dashboards.
