Handling a Critical Bug for Salesforce Messaging for Web

After Salesforce pushes a critical bug fix for Messaging for Web (Enhanced/Embedded Deployment), the fix is not automatically applied to existing Embedded Service Deployments. Customers must manually republish their deployment to receive the update.

Ratkaisu

Steps to Republish the Embedded Service Deployment-

1. Log in to Setup. 2. Navigate to Embedded Service Deployments. 3. Click on your Messaging for Web deployment. 4. Click Publish. 5. Confirm the publish action and wait for completion.
