Orders from individual B2C Sites can be suspended temporarily making these Orders ‘unmanaged’. Unmanaged orders cannot be resubmitted after the integration is enabled again, only newly created orders will flow through the integration.
If you are requesting to have the B2C Order integration excluded from All Sites on a specific Digital Instance, please log a case with Salesforce Support.
Please note that this process is for Salesforce Order Management Orgs that have an existing B2C Integration setup. If the Salesforce Order Management Orgs does not have an existing B2C Integration setup, then please follow the ‘Connect B2C Commerce and Order Management’ section of the implementation guide.
