Marketing Cloud Connect "List has more than 1 row for assignment to SObject" Error

When you try to navigate to the Marketing Cloud tab within Salesforce, you may experience the following error:

"List has more than 1 row for assignment to SObject

An unexpected error has occurred.  Your solution provider has been notified. (et4ae5)"

 
Ratkaisu
This happens when there is more than 1 configuration stored in the configurations tab. In order to resolve the issue follow the below step:

Salesforce Classic: Navigate to All Tabs > Configuration tab 
Salesforce Lightning: Navigate to App Launcher > Configuration tab

If you are not able to find the Configuration tab, then you would have to add the Configuration Tab.

You will be able to see more than one record in the configuration tab. Remove the latest configuration created and the error will go away.
