Journey Builder - There was a problem retrieving the Integration Status

When you try to create a Salesforce Data Event in the Journey Builder, you may experience the following error:

"There was a problem retrieving the Integration Status"
솔루션
This happens when the mapping isn't done at the user level. In order to resolve the issue, follow the below step:
  • Navigate to Setup in Marketing Cloud
  • Click on Users tab
  • Select the the User facing the issue.
  • Click Integrate for Salesforce.com Status.
  • Enter the Salesforce user's username.
  • Save the settings.
