When accessing the Paused Flows Interview setup page, it is not possible to find the related record that triggered the action, and if you open up the Flow Interview by clicking on its name, the Flow Interview record page doesn't show it either.
-Open up the paused Flow Interview (Setup -> Process Automation -> Paused Flow Interviews), click on the desired record and note the created by username and created date.
-Click on the created by user to get its ID (Find the Salesforce ID for a User or profile ) and take note of the created date.
-Go to the Time-based Workflow monitor page (Setup -> Events -> Monitoring -> Time-based Workflow) and filter by user id. The records with the matching created date and flow/process name is the one likely associated with the paused interview.
