Change the Country on Your Account

In Salesforce, depending on the location of your organization, or different locations of Users, you may need to adjust the Country so that Salesforce properly reflects things like data formats, currency, etc.

To update the country for your organization in Salesforce, follow these steps to access Company Information in Setup:

 

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and click Setup
  2. In the Quick Find search in the left type "Company Information" and click on it
  3. Click Edit, then locate the Default Locale or Country field and select the appropriate country from the dropdown. Click Save to apply the changes.

You can set the Country for your Account. Please note that user's can also change their own County settings in their personal settings by clicking their profile icon in the upper right and going to Settings.
