Verifying Your Connected Account for Einstein Activity Capture.

If you’re confused about which email address account you’ve connected to via Einstein Activity Capture, follow these steps to confirm or to make a correction.

Perform the following steps while logged in as the affected user

 

  1. Click the avatar icon
  2. Click Settings
  3. In the Quick Find Box, enter Email and Calendar Accounts
  4. Click Email and Calendar Accounts. On this page, you can see any connected email accounts. You can disconnect or add a new account as needed.
Note: To prevent getting the error: "You can't connect an account until your Salesforce admin assigns you to an Einstein Activity Capture configuration" always make sure to add your users in the Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) sync configuration.
