How to cancel a Salesforce trial or paid subscription.

Resolution

Canceling a Salesforce Trial

If you created a trial org and never entered billing information to sign up for a paid subscription, no action is required. The trial expires and cancels automatically once the trial period ends.
 

Canceling a Paid Salesforce Subscription

If you have an active paid Salesforce subscription and would like to cancel, contact the Customer Service Billing Department for further assistance.
