Field-Level Security for isActive field on Buyer Account Object for B2B and D2C Commerce

Description
Understand why the isActive field on the Buyer Account object is Read-Only on the page layout, but is still editable via API. 
Resolution

Internal validations for Buyer Account are depended on the "isActive" field. This is the reason why the field-level security is disabled by default and to not allow System Administrators have the ability to set the field-level security for this field. isActive has been set to Read-Only on the UI, but still editable via API for use cases when a bulk update is needed.
