Cause

Steps to Rename the Related List

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Navigate to Object Manager.
  3. Select the child object (the object shown in the related list).
  4. Click Fields & Relationships.
  5. Select the lookup relationship field that references the parent object.
  6. Click Edit.
  7. In the Lookup Options section, update the Related List Label.
  8. Click Save.

The updated label now appears on the parent object's related list.
