Digital Engagement Messaging: How to Request an SMS Phone Number for Your Country

With Digital Engagement licenses, Salesforce can provide SMS-only phone numbers for businesses in supported countries. To procure numbers that are out of stock, you must submit a brand profile form including your brand name, messaging use case, and estimated message volume. The appropriate country-specific form must be attached to the support case before submission. Note: Procurement in certain countries may take up to eight weeks for review and approval.

To submit a phone number request:
1. Obtain the correct country-specific form from Phone Number Request Forms by Country.
2. Navigate to the Salesforce Help Portal and click Create a Case.
3. Select Product or Technical Support.
4. In the Product field, select Service. In the Topic field, select Digital Engagement
 5. In Case Subject, enter: Phone number request for [Country Name].
6. Provide additional details, including sandbox Org ID if applicable.
7. Set the appropriate timezone and severity (typically Severity 3 or 4).
8. Click Upload Files and attach the completed Digital Engagement Phone Number Request form.
9. Add any case collaborator email addresses.
10. Click Create Case to submit."
