  1. Salesforce organization is using Lightning Experience.
  2. Salesforce administrator must make sure either of the following is complied with:
  • Einstein Activity Capture is enabled in Performance and Unlimited Editions
  • High Velocity Sales, which is available for an extra cost. in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
  • Salesforce Inbox License, which is available for an extra cost. in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
  • Sales Cloud Einstein, which is available for an extra cost in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions.
  1. Make sure your users are assigned the correct permission set (Use Video Conferencing with Zoom app permission):
  • High Velocity Sales Cadence Creator
  • High Velocity Sales User
  • HVS Call Coaching User
  • Inbox with Einstein Activity Capture
  • Inbox without Einstein Activity Capture
  • Sales Cloud Einstein
