Description
Changes in approved methods for external redirects to Salesforce resources based on threats and best practices have driven the need to currently not support the plug-in CRM Analytics Connector for Excel in Office 365.
Résolution

The CRM Analytics Connector for Excel is no longer supported in Office 365 because changes to Salesforce's approved external redirect methods block the authentication flow the plug-in requires. This is not a temporary issue.

Users will need to use the UI and CSV upload and/or implement an External Data API push of data into CRM Analytics instead of utilizing the Excel connector.
