Integrated sends from Marketing Cloud using Salesforce Data Extensions do not honor Salesforce Email Opt-Out Status. Records that are opted-out were still targeted even though they are opted out within Salesforce.
解決策
This is working as designed. Salesforce Data Extensions are meant to provide tracking back to Salesforce, which create send definitions on the Email Send object and Individual Email Results on the Contact and Lead objects (this varies depending on how you have the Marketing Cloud Connector configured).

Always ensure that records within the Salesforce Data Extension are up-to-date in the All Subscribers List. Other options would include querying from the Synchronized Data Extensions (Contact or Lead) and pulling in only records that are opted-in or sending using Salesforce Reports or Campaigns.
