Update your Advertising Studio - Lead Capture Managed Package

Description
The new Lead Capture Manage Package is now available for installation on the AppExchange!

Once installed, the Hyperforce Lead Capture will be found under the AppExchange menu bar, and will no longer reside under Advertising Studio.  

Any existing lead tasks within the legacy package will need to be recreated within the new version. Customers may request Support to migrate existing lead tasks on the customer’s behalf to Hyperforce Lead Capture. However, the new version must be installed before you can request Support to migrate your existing lead tasks. 

Requests can take 5-7 business days to be transferred. Original lead tasks from the Legacy package can continue to be used during this time. After the migration has been completed, delete any existing lead tasks prior to uninstalling the legacy application. 

For Marketing Cloud Lead Capture, update related business processes associated with the old lead task data extensions. This ensures that new lead tasks and data extensions are aligned.
Résolution

To request a migration of lead tasks on your behalf, please submit a Support case via Salesforce Help with the following information:
 

  • For Marketing Cloud: provide your Enterprise ID (EID) to have all lead tasks associated with all Business Units migrated or provide individual MIDs for specific Business Units.
  • For Sales Cloud: provide your OrgID
