WebView2 is Microsoft's Chromium-based browser control that is embedded in the Outlook desktop client and used to render the Outlook Integration side panel. Salesforce Support typically requests these logs to troubleshoot issues with the Outlook Integration add-in.
Follow these steps to capture logs using the Edge Chromium developer tools in the Outlook desktop client:
Note: If the add-in does not have a Right-click menu, then most likely it is not using Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) WebView2 browser control.
