Outlook Integration - Log Email button is unexpectedly enabled when using EAC

When an Outlook Integration add-in user is assigned an EAC permission set and is added to an EAC config. With Email capture ON, they are expected to automatically capture and add emails to the record timeline in Salesforce. With this setup, the Outlook Integration users should not see the Log Email button in the add-in. If such users do see the Log Email button in the add-in then most likely the user's primary email address does not match the email account (UPN) that was used to connect with EAC (on the Salesforce Connected Accounts page) and this set up is not supported by Outlook Integration and EAC.
 
解決策

To resolve this issue, the user's primary email address in Exchange must match their Exchange UPN (the email account used to connect with EAC in Salesforce Connected Accounts). Please contact your Exchange/Azure admin and have them update the user's UPN or primary email to ensure that the two values match in the Exchange or Azure Active Directory.
