Unable to log into Standalone Interaction Studio Account

Description
Users of accounts which have had their Interaction Studio accounts tethered to Marketing Cloud will access Interaction Studio through their Marketing Cloud account. Standalone account users will utilize the formats listed below to access their Interaction Studio accounts.
Resolution
To log into a standalone Interaction Studio account, the URL used will follow a similar format to those listed below:
  • Prod 1 (US): https://<accountname>.us-1.evergage.com
  • Prod 2 (EU): https://<accountname>.germany-2.evergage.com
  • Prod 3 (AUS): https://<accountname>.australia-3.evergage.com
  • Prod 4 (US): https://<accountname>.us-4.evergage.com
The address to be used will be present in the account activation email a user receives when the account is created. Contact an account administrator for the full URL and if you no longer have access to the activation email.
