No results in the Interaction Studio recipe simulator

• The recipe rules are too strict.
  • For example, there may be too many Exclusions added to the recipe which prevent items from being returned.
• A multi ingredient recipe (like co-buy + collaborative filtering) does not have the checkbox selected for Allow missing anchor item for multi ingredient recipes checked under Additional Options.
• An anchor item has not been selected for an anchor-based recipe.
• Products are missing images.
  • Images are required for an item to render in recommendations in the simulator or in the site/app.
