The following settings within the Base Object Configuration page are unsupported for external objects.
The following filters within the Marker Layer Builder are unsupported for external objects.
Note: Field filters that contain lookups may surpass a subquery limitation of more than 1,000 rows being returned.
The following actions are unsupported for both single marker actions and mass actions (including list view). If performing a mass action on a group of markers that contain markers from both an external object Marker Layer and a standard or custom objects Marker Layer, these actions will only be performed on those markers from standard or custom objects Marker Layer.
External Object Marker Layers are unsupported for the Maps Mobile experience. These layers are purposefully hidden from the UI.
The maximum number of records that can be plotted via a single external objects Marker Layer is 2,000.
