Installing the OmniStudio package found here: Release Summary

But even after following these steps here: Prepare to install OmniStudio Package, the package can't be installed.

Getting 2 errors:
- "the object type you specified OmniUiCard is invalid"
- "the object type you specified OmniProcess is invalid"

Ratkaisu

This error typically occurs when there is no appropriate license for the OmniStudio package. Check if standard objects with the name "OmniXXX" (including OmniProcess and OmniUiCards) exist in the respective org. If not, it means that the licenses have not been properly provisioned.


OmniStudio licenses need to be activated prior to running the package installation. Activating the licenses will create the OmniStudio standard objects. The OmniStudio license names start with "OmniStudio".
