What is the Annual Technical Health Review?

The Annual Technical Health Review, an exclusive benefit for Signature customers, provides a detailed analysis of your environment's health and performance. The review provides tailored optimization recommendations to help Signature customers identify and resolve potential errors and inefficiencies before they become critical.

 

Which customers are entitled to the Annual Technical Health Review?

Salesforce Signature Success Plan customers are entitled to one Annual Technical Health Review per year for each org, tenant, or realm. This benefit is available regardless of high-volume periods or critical business events, in order to help ensure optimal technical health. This review is available for the following Salesforce clouds: 

  • Core (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Platform)
  • Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, Engagement, Intelligence)
  • B2C Commerce Cloud
  • Tableau Cloud


How do customers request an Annual Technical Health Review?

If you are a Signature Success Plan customer and have not completed an Annual Technical Health Review within the past contract year, contact your Customer Success Manager to schedule one, especially if you have a business-critical key event approaching. 


When should customers request an Annual Technical Health Review?

For customers requiring Key Event Management, we recommend contacting your Customer Success Manager at least six months before your key event. This ensures sufficient time to implement the Signature team’s recommendations effectively.


What to expect after Annual Technical Health Review?

During the Annual Technical Health Review, the Signature team conducts a comprehensive assessment of your solution's performance, scalability, and overall health.  You will receive a tailored, prioritized improvement plan with actionable recommendations to address identified issues and enhance your system.  Your Signature team will collaborate with you to implement the improvement plan effectively.
