Løsning
To resolve the issue please verify that you have active Service Resources in the chosen Service Territory

- Service Resources are active

- Service Resources are assigned a Salesforce Scheduler permission set license

- Service Resources have been added to the Service Territory and they have a valid Start Date and End Date for the date you are scheduling

- Operating Hours for the Service Territory have available Time Slots OR if Operating Hours are defined for the Service Resource verify the Operating Hours on the Service Resource has available Time Slots

- If using Skills, check the Skill Requirement on the Work Type to ensure that the Skill Level matches the Skill Level on the Service Resource

- The Service Resource has a Resource Type of "Technician".

- The Service Resource has been assigned the "Let a user be included in appointments in Salesforce Scheduler" System Permission via Permission Set

- The values assigned to Timeframe End and Timeframe Start for Work Type are not the same number (Example: Timeframe Start and Timeframe End are both set to 1 day)
