Login Pages Failed to Load on Salesforce Experience Builder

Publiseringsdato: Sep 10, 2025
Beskrivelse

When accessing the login pages inside the Community Builder, the login page does not load. There is no custom component, no custom CSS, and no custom Head Markup visible on the community.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to:
Setup > Digital Experiences > All Sites > Builder > Pages > Login

Result: The login page will not load anything.

Løsning

When the login page will not load in Experience Builder, here are things to check:

1. Custom Components

How to check:

Setup > Digital Experiences > All Sites > Builder > Page Structure

Under this setup, please check if you can see any component that has </> beside the Trash Can icon.

</> beside the component indicates that the component is a custom component.

Initial troubleshooting for this is to remove the custom component to see if the login page will load.

2. No Custom CSS

How to check:

Setup > Digital Experiences > All Sites > Builder > Theme > Drop-down arrow > Edit CSS

If there is custom CSS, copy and paste the custom CSS to a Notepad, remove the CSS and check if the Builder will load. Put back the custom CSS after testing.

3. No Custom Head Markup

How to check:

Setup > Digital Experiences > All Sites > Builder > Settings > Advanced > Edit Head Markup

If there is a custom Head Markup, copy and paste the custom Head Markup to a Notepad, remove the custom Head Markup (or comment out the markup) and check if the login page will load. Put back the custom markup after testing.
