Missing or no articles found for Topics Article Management search in Experience Cloud Site Workspaces Setup

To Enable Salesforce Knowledge in Your Experience Cloud Site it's necessary to create Topics and assign them to Knowledge Articles for them to be visible in the Community.

Admins can Add Knowledge to the Site Using Topics by navigating to Setup | All Sites | Workspaces | Content Management | Topics | Article Management.

However, using the "Search Articles..." feature does not return expected Article results or displays no article results at all with the following message:
 

No articles found.

Articles may not be available in Community Workspaces Topics Article Management if:

 

  • Appropriate article channels are not selected


Article Channel (KnowledgeArticleVersion channel field's API name) - To make the article available in

Customer (IsVisibleInCsp) - Customer Community
Partner (IsVisibleInPrm) - Partner Community
Public Knowledge Base (IsVisibleInPkb) - Experience Cloud Sites or Salesforce Sites to Give Secure Access to Unauthenticated Users with the Guest User Profile

 

  • Users personal language does not match the article's language


Change language in Salesforce for the user's personal language to match the expected article's language for them to be visible in the Community's Article Management results.
