The Your Account app lets Salesforce customers manage products, licenses, contracts, invoices, and account support directly from their org. If you cannot access it, the most common cause is a missing permission on your user account.
This article explains why the Your Account app may not be visible from Setup or the App Launcher, and how to resolve access issues.
Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
There are times when Your Account is not visible from Setup or the App Launcher. Before submitting an activation request, verify that the user has the Manage Billing permission assigned either via Profile or Permission Set.
If the user has the correct permission assigned but Your Account is still not visible, please have a System Administrator submit an Activations request with Salesforce Support.
The ability to use the Your Account app is not available for Government Cloud customers.
