If you do not see the Sales Cloud Einstein for Everyone permission set in your Sandbox after a license match, this is expected behavior. There are two ways that an organization can gain access to Einstein Opportunity Scoring in general.
Through the Sales Cloud Einstein add-on product, which is included in Unlimited and Performance Editions, and available for an extra cost in Enterprise Edition.
Through the Sales Cloud Einstein for Everyone permission set license, which is available to eligible Enterprise Edition environments.
If you have the Sales Cloud Einstein For Everyone permission set in Production, you may notice that you do not see this permission set in Sandbox, even after a license match. The Sales Cloud Einstein for Everyone version of Opportunity Scoring does not support Sandboxes. The use of this feature is only possible for Production environments.
If you are on Enterprise Edition and have a requirement to test Opportunity Scoring in a Sandbox, you will need the Sales Cloud Einstein add-on product. Contact your Salesforce Account Executive to learn more.
You can share your feedback about supporting sandboxes on our Sandbox Ideas Page.
Unlimited and Performance Editions come bundled with the Sales Cloud Einstein add-on product. See Select Who Can Use Sales Cloud Einstein to learn more on assigning Sales Cloud Einstein features to your users.
