Turning on email notifications for Composer Flow errors

MuleSoft Composer has introduced a feature where you can get an email notification for flow failure
This feature will allow the flow owner to receive an email notification when any of their active flows fail.

Points to Note:
  1. This feature will need to be enabled by your composer admin at the organization level.
  2. The notification runs every 15 mins.
  3. Once enabled, the flow owner will receive emails if any of their active flow fails.
  4. This is an aggregated error notification email and the user will only receive 1 email per 15 minutes if one or more of their active flow fails within that time frame.
  5. The email will contain the flow name(s) and the number of failure(s) out of the total run.
  6. It will have a link to the Composer Flow run history page if the user needs more information.

 

Solución
MuleSoft Composer for Salesforce:
  • Navigate to Setup - Process Automation - Mulesoft Composer
  • Under Mulesoft Services connected - Receive email notification when flow fail to run - Enabled

  • Navigate to Settings - Email Notification - Enabled and Save
