How to access log files for the B2C Commerce Job Framework

Description

The Job History UI provides a limited amount of information about jobs, including their status, end time, and job runtime duration. Any prior job history information from earlier releases will still be archived and available in the job history logs.

Tâche

Accessing log files for jobs created via the B2C Commerce job framework when the Job History page in Business Manager does not provide sufficient information about a job.

Étapes

To retrieve archived log files for each job, you can access those via the following paths:

  • Business Manager UI: Administration | Site Development | Development Setup | Log Files | jobs
  • WebDAV: https://{instance_name}/on/demandware.servlet/webdav/Sites/Logs/jobs/{job_name}

 

Log files are archived for 30 days.

Résolution

To retrieve archived information for each job, you can access those via the following paths:

  • Business Manager UI
    • Administration > Site Development > Development Setup > Log Files > Select Folder 'jobs'
  • WebDAV
https://{instance_name}/on/demandware.servlet/webdav/Sites/Logs/jobs/{job_name}


Log files are archived for 30 days.
