Slack Error “We can’t load the channel list right now. Try again later.” Occurs When Selecting a Channel to Swarm

The following Slack error appears for a user when selecting a channel for case swarming: “We can’t load the channel list right now. Try again later.”

솔루션

Troubleshooting Steps:
1. In Salesforce, delete the Slack User Mapping

  • Log in to Salesforce
  • Go to Top Right corner → click your profile icon →Click Settings
  • Go to Slack → Slack User Mappings
  • Remove the entry


2.  In Slack, to test the connection to the Service Cloud for Slack app

  • Go to the swarm channel you are attempting to Swarm in.
    • Please note, the Service Cloud for Slack app must be added to each existing Swarm Channel.
  • In the command line, enter /service-start-swarm
  • Go to the Service Cloud for Slack app, the ‘Connect’ button should appear under the ‘Home →Click ‘Connect


If you don't see the ‘Connect’ button within the Service Cloud for the Slack app, you may need to go to the home page for the Service Cloud for Slack app and remove your authorization for the app. The authorization section is located under the ‘Configuration’ tab.
