The Chatbot Analytics v2 Dashboard has been retired (please right-click open as a new tab to view the link) as of the Winter '23 release. Though the encompassing EinsteinBotsv2 app itself can be viewed on the auto-installed apps page of setup, the underlying dashboard no longer exists in Analytics Studio, and attempts to access the app or the EinsteinBotsv2 dataset will result in the following error -
This item doesn't exist, has been deleted, or you may not have access to it
Custom dashboards that retain references to the dataset will be inaccessible, showing the above error upon opening.
Dashboard references to the deprecated dataset will have to be removed manually via JSON modification. Using a cloned dashboard is recommended over direct modifications.
Removal Steps -
1 - Create a blank dashboard for troubleshooting purposes and save it to your private app
2 - Open the affected dashboard in Analytics Studio
3 - Append /json to the end of the affected dashboard URL to open the JSON editor for the dashboard
Example URL - https://yourdomain.lightning.force.com/analytics/dashboard/0FK4v00000001pAGAQ
URL with /json appended - https://yourdomain.lightning.force.com/analytics/dashboard/0FK4v00000001pAGAQ/json
4 - Copy the entirety of this JSON code (Ctrl + A on Windows or Cmd + A on Mac will select all text rather than having to scroll)
5 - Follow step 3 to open the JSON editor for the blank dashboard previously made and replace the JSON definition with the one copied from the affected dashboard (Note the name of the dashboard will be overwritten via the "label" parameter at the beginning of the JSON definition.)
5 - Ctrl + F to find any references to the "EinsteinBotsv2" dataset
6 - Remove the respective code block where this reference exists by utilizing the expanders on the left side of the json editor
7 - Save changes
This will effectively create a new dashboard, with the references to the EinsteinBotsv2 dataset removed, which can be shared as needed.
