[SFS] Error message while trying to schedule Service Appointments via Field Service Dispatcher Console

Users may notice below given an error message when trying to schedule service appointments via Field Service Dispatcher Console.

"Insert failed. field custom validation exception, cannot change status from null to scheduled".
Ratkaisu
This error could occur if Service Appointments' status configuration is not configured properly. A sample image with an incomplete status transition is given below. In order to avoid this error, please ensure all the required service appointments status configurations are configured under Field Service Admin > Service Appointment Lifecycle > Status Transitions
