Sender IDs on all Taiwan carriers will be overwritten with random numeric equivalents. The following extension character set |^€{}[~]\ in the GSM 7-bit characters are replaced with triangle symbols.
Non-local numeric Sender IDs will be overwritten into generic alphanumeric downstream from Salesforce to facilitate message delivery. Local number Sender IDs will not be affected.

Salesforce recommends that customers familiarize themselves with the legislation of the target market to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
The legal regulatory body governing telecommunication systems in this country may fall under National Communications Commission (NCC) and Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA"). Failure to comply may result in actions taken by the governing body (e.g. warnings, fines and account suspension).
