TPM Trial Org DataTPMSetupSF gave us a trial org with a user named J. Durbin. We found this org is a bit outdated compared to the one shown in the Webinars by Taylor and fellow colleagues. We also did a bit of research ourselves and found that some of the features could not be fulfilled within the J. Durbin org (e.g. Fund Approval process). Would like to know when there will be a new trial org given to the partners. Furthermore, this product GAed on 19th July, right? TPM IntegrationsTPMSetupHi, we have a Demo version of CG Cloud TPM Org and I have been asked to see how integration works. I have found this link

It says we need to get the integration URL from the Processing Services Pairing App page. I went in there and it seems it was already set up but the 3rd Party Integration Url field is empty (see attached image).
I read about how to pair tenants and everything seems fine but like I said, it was already set up when I started looking into this so I was not able to download the public key and the connected app certificate was already set. This is the page where I found the info on how to set up tenant pairing:

Permission Error on TPM Tabs (Admin User)

Issue: An admin user sees the error "You do not have the required permission for using this feature. Please contact your Salesforce administrator" when accessing certain TPM tabs.

Resolution:

1. Navigate to Setup > Permission Sets and open the permission set assigned to the affected user.
2. Under Object Settings, locate the Trade Planning object.
3. Confirm that at minimum Read access is enabled for the Trade Planning object.
4. Save the permission set and ask the user to log out and back in to verify access is restored.

Planned Base Volume Date Not Displaying on Customer Business Plans

Issue: After creating a Customer Business Plan, the Planned Base Volume date field does not appear.

Resolution:

1. Confirm that the Planned Base Volume field is included on the Customer Business Plan page layout. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Customer Business Plan > Page Layouts and verify the field is present.
2. Confirm that the relevant date range for the business plan overlaps with an active planning period. If no planning period is configured, the field will remain blank.
3. If the field is on the layout but still not populating, verify that the underlying volume data records exist for the associated account and product hierarchy.

TPM Trial Org — Outdated Features and Fund Approval Process

Issue: The partner trial org (associated with user J. Durbin) does not reflect current TPM features shown in webinars, and some features such as the Fund Approval process are unavailable.

Resolution:

1. Check the Salesforce Partner Community TPM group for announcements about updated trial org availability. New trial orgs are published there when released.
2. For the Fund Approval process specifically, confirm that the Trade Funds feature is enabled in the org. Navigate to Setup > Trade Promotion Management Settings and verify Fund Management is active.
3. For additional learning resources beyond the Trailhead module, refer to the TPM documentation bundle described in the Documentation section below.

Products Not Visible When Managing Products in a TPM Promotion

Issue: In a TPM Promotion record, clicking Manage Products shows no products.

Resolution:

1. Confirm that products are associated with the correct Product Hierarchy used by the promotion. Navigate to the Product record and verify the hierarchy assignment.
2. Verify that the Price Book linked to the promotion contains the expected products. Open the Promotion record, check the Price Book field, and confirm products are active within that price book.
3. Ensure the products have an Active status. Inactive products are excluded from the Manage Products view.
4. Confirm the user has at least Read access to the Product object via their assigned permission set.

Account Hierarchy and Customer Sets with Customer Business Plans

Issue: It is unclear whether Account Hierarchy or Customer Sets can be used with a Customer Business Plan or Account Plan, and whether KPIs can be shown across multiple accounts (for example, two retail locations in the same city).

Resolution:

1. In Salesforce TPM, Customer Business Plans are associated with a single account by default. Native Account Hierarchy roll-up within a single Business Plan record is not supported out of the box.
2. To view KPIs across multiple accounts in the same territory or city, use Account Plans combined with Customer Sets. A Customer Set allows grouping of multiple accounts for reporting purposes.
3. Navigate to Trade Promotion Management > Customer Sets, create a new Customer Set, and add the relevant accounts (for example, two supermarket locations). Associate this Customer Set with the Account Plan to view aggregated KPIs.

Accessing Additional TPM Setup and Customization Documents

Issue: The "Set up and Maintain Trade Promotion Management" PDF references additional documents that are not immediately accessible, including:

• Trade Promotion Management Customization Guide
• Trade Promotion Management Real-time Reporting Guide
• Trade Promotion Management How-to Guide

Resolution:

1. These documents are available to Salesforce partners through the Salesforce Partner Community. Log in to the Partner Community and search for "Trade Promotion Management" in the TPM product group.
2. If you do not yet have Partner Community access, navigate to the Partner Community login page and select Join Now to request access.
3. Once access is granted, the full TPM documentation bundle — including the Calculation Engine Guide, Customization Guide, Real-time Reporting Guide, and How-to Guide — can be downloaded from the TPM group's Files tab.
