What is the definition here, relative to the 600 that are included? Is that total recommended visits (ie if EVR recommends 600 visits over the next 6 weeks for our org, we've used up our allocated quantity) or just total active Next Best Actions configured?

The recent PLC course outlining features from V236.0 whilst is super exciting, is demo'd entirely on the CG Cloud Mobile App. Are the same features, (for example, UOMs in Order Capture) available in the Salesforce Mobile App?

I understand that the assortment is used to associate a group of products with a group of stores/single store or account. But I don't get the business logic behind it. P.S. the rest of the process (visits, kpi, etc) is working with the store products object not the assortment. In New data model (Release Spring 22) I see that you can build a Product Hierarchy creating Category Products in Product2 object following these steps:

You can create a category product setting cgcloud__Product_Level__c=Category
You can assign this category product to a basic product through the new field cgcloud__Criterion_1_Product__c (look up to Product)
Then, it doesn’t make sense to create a Product Category through the standard object “ProductCategoryProduct”?

what is the point of using this hierarchy of products? However, it doesn't explain why this is necessary and what type of record should be selected in this field. Which objects should I use in the new data model to store the products that are actually in the establishment and those that are eligible for sale?

I'm not sure if this would be the best approach for two reasons:
a) I don't know if it's a good idea to have a single Retail Store Group that all Retail Stores are added to (eg. it could cause record locking contention)

To provide further clarity these are the steps we have followed in our org:
User is assigned to all Consumer Good permissions and its an admin user
User is assigned to Sales Org "0001" and an Org Unit "Territory 1"
Customer Account is created with custom record type
User is assigned as customer manager (Management Type is "Sales")
Customer is assigned to Sales Org "0001" and Org Unit "Territory 1"
Customer Visit Setting has been created for customer
Customer Visit Setting is active, Valid Period from last year into the future, Management Type is "Sales", Planning mode is "Start Week Year" (Have tried with different Start Week and Frequencies and it did not work), Linked to a Active Visit Template with "0001" Sales Org.
We believe this is the required pre requisites completed per the help articles.
Next we have proceeded to "Visit Planning" from the desktop version.
We have selected the User noted above, Sales Org "0001" and different dates for example: this week, next week or others within the valid dates from Customer Visit Setting.
When we run the "Visit Planning" it says: 0 duplicates and 0 Visits created
Why is this not working? What are we missing?

We are using Maps Advanced Visit Planning together with CGC and registered an issue with Salesforce Support who says that we are the only ones having this issue so it would be great to check here in the community.

Its about Visit SLA =the expected visits, set by priority and its Max/Min days between Visits. Its been registered is a "known Issue" (https://trailblazer.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p4V000000xaM4QAI) The issue here is that the optimizer plans more visits than the SLA set, for example, if the Max visits for an A-prio is set to 5 visits within the visit plan timeframe, we have stores that get 5 visits, but some get 6 visits and others even more. Same behavior in the other visit priorities.

I had the same issue with Inventory and Promotion tasks but was able to solve after a call with support. During the call with salesforce support I was told that there are "documentation bugs" meaning that the documentation is missing information about which KPI type to use for certain task types as well as information of when to use In Store Location Categories (and when not to). ie to get the Promotions Assessment task to show we had to leave the In Store Location Category field blank on the Retail Store KPI object.



Does anyone know the Retail Store KPI field value combinations to get Other, In-Store Survey, Planogram and Delivery task types to show?

Once the Clockwork page is being loaded and asking for the Salesforce login, I enter username/password and then allow the access, it immediately shows HTTP 404 error in the Popup window. It is expected as the callback url is fake. In the recording, the popup window seems close by itself, then Clockwork main window continues loading. However, in my case, the popu window remains open. If I manually close it, the Clockwork main window will show error message as "Login is cancelled by user" and get stuck.

However, if the sales rep returns back to main screen to check something and re-enter the store cockpit, the actual start time will be overwritten. Therefore, we cannot correctly calculate the actual duration for the visit in this case.

So far I've been able to configure Some Questions (Job definition templates, using new datatypes and and new Job Templates for the new sales org), an activity template and a visit template. However the visit template doesn't appear in he visit template picklist event after I select the activity template. To be noted, I had to change the sales org on my user for being able to select the correct activity templates (relating my user to the sales org through a sales org user wasn't enough). Any idea ?
