Hi @Consumer Goods Cloud Experts @Taylor Ireland (Salesforce), I'd like to understand where CG Cloud is going in terms of mobile app. In various documents from Trailhead to Salesforce Help, the documentation is not super clear on whether the Salesforce Mobile App OR the CG Cloud Mobile App is the preferred choice when implementing.
The recent PLC course outlining features from V236.0 whilst is super exciting, is demo'd entirely on the CG Cloud Mobile App. Are the same features, (for example, UOMs in Order Capture) available in the Salesforce Mobile App?

Offline Login InstanceOfflineLoginUsing the CGC offline in a sandbox. I'm trying to connect to a sandbox to demo and POC the Offline product capability. However when logging in it tells me that the System Admin needs to adjust credentials.
I am not given the choice to select Sandbox type in the login process and I think that this is the problem. How can I choose not to login to a Production instance and instead login to a sandbox? - Is there a way to work with different "tab areas" at the same time?

Create New CustomerOfflineErrorWith the new Offline app, I get strange errors when trying to "Create New Customer" using an iPad. The environment is a sandbox copy from our PROD and its a fresh installation of latest 236 package. I have made several sandbox copies but ends up with same problem. No errors in the sync log since no sync is completed to Salesforce.

The customer I created in the Offline app on iPhone, ends up in Salesforce as a Customer (Account) despite the errors in synclog. Offline Data Model QuestionsOfflineData ModelWe have some questions about the Consumer Goods Cloud offline features, specifically about customer data model:
1- What kind of process are executed when associating a Customer Template to an Account on the customer creation? Can we create custom fields on the Customer Template object in order to implement a mapping for extra fields on the Account record via flow/trigger? And it's possible to automatically associate a Customer Template depending on the User which is creating the customer?
2-We have filled the Sales Org and the Mobility Sales Org fields on User and using a single customer template with the same Sales Org than the user, but we always get the same error and warnings: "You don't belong to any Sales Org, contact your System Administrator.", "
3- Is there any possibility to make a User available to work with more than one Sales Org?

NEW aspect: And is it possible to show a help text although it is managed inside CG Modeler? We have the requirement to show picklist kpi's in the inventory task. Specifically the reason for an out of stock.
Since picklist kpi's are not supported, we thought of setting a numerical type kpi and a legend (or i icon information) that indicates what value each number corresponds to.
I don't know if there is another approach to accomplish this requirement. Various Offline QuestionsOfflineFunctionalityWe have some doubts about the CGCloud Offline App. The first two points are rather issues when using the app's functionalities and the rest are doubts about the possibilities when making custom developments.
1. Nothing happens when we try to "Create Visits via TripList": we are not able to plan or create visits via trip list from the calendar weekly view. Is there any configuration we were missing?
2. We are not able to create orders: when we try to create an order in a visit execution the order window appears blank and we can't do anything. Is it possible that there is a visibility error when loading customers? (Screenshot attached)
3. Validations inside the app when creating orders, customers, etc: we have some business requirements due to which we would need to perform certain validations prior to the creation of an order, customers, etc. In Salesforce we would do this with validation rules, flows or triggers, is there any way to develop these validations with the Modeler? Are the process contracts for this? If so, is there any place where we can see an example?
4. Automation and field prepopulation: we have some processes via trigger where, for example, when creating a customer, some fields are prepopulated automatically depending on the Record Type and some related records are created automatically. Is it possible to do that from the app offline?
5. Doubts about uploading data: we understand that the data upload from the app to Salesforce will execute dml operations such as insert, update, etc, for example the creation of a customer. is this so? If so and following this example, could you please confirm that we can develop triggers or flows in Salesforce to modify the customer data and send it to SAP via integration?
6. Distribution channel when creating an order: we have a requirement where, when the order is sent to SAP via integration, we need to send information about the distribution channel which is contained on the Account Org Unit customer related records. In the majority of the cases, the customer will only have one org unit available, but we can have some cases where the customer has more than one. Can we make the user able to choose on the offline app the Org Unit related to the customer from which we will take the necessary information?
7. Page layout assignment: is there any possibility to customize more than one page layout for an object and display it on the app offline depending on the Record Type? Or we have to create only one layout and control which fields are displayed via profile permissions?
8. Send email from app offline: is there any way to send an email with record information from the app offline? If so, is there any place where we can see an example?
9. Customer roles: we know that, in the Customer Extension, we have to indicate the roles for the customer filling the date fields. Which is the difference between the "Store Role" and the "Delivery Role"? Planned Visits cancelled mysteriouslyOfflineErrorI noticed a pattern for a planned visits to become unscheduled. For any planned visits, if I attempt to update them, either manually in Salesforce, or via mobile sync (without completing the visit), their status will immediately become Unscheduled. For example, as a sales rep, I enter store cockpit by tapping a visit on mobile app, do some store check then return to home screen and trigger the sync. The sync will do its job to update the visit, which is fine, but the visit's status becomes Unscheduled at the same time. As a consequence, the visit will disappear from mobile app because it becomes unscheduled.
This behavior only happens in 238, but not 236. It looks like some logic on Salesforce side causing this. Is there a reason that the other 10 flows are not available in the UI? What is the procedure to activate these flows? Workbench? It would be nice to have a view of what these flows were doing in the UI before activating them. Maybe even adjusting them to accommodate my specific org but this does not seem possible currently.

Offline ErrorOfflineErrorI created a new org (I requested a new IDO with the Summer'22 release) and I have a error message while using the offline app that I can't explain. When I try to open the "Visit execution" tab I have an error message saying only "An error has occured. Please contact your administrator".
Of course my first reaction has been to check permission sets and the user has the ightning Retail Execution Plus permission set and the Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile Sync User.

I am trying to explore as much as I can the setup possibilities to customize the theme without going into the modeler.
From what I understood, we can modify colors (which I succeeded to do) but also things as background images or logos by modifying it into the framework and application folders of the theme.
I so tried to change my background image as well as some other images but when syncing while I have my new color theme that appears, the new background image doesn't appear.

I navigate to the Store/Visit and Click on the Store Check but my questions do not show up. We'll be doing some custom development through the CG Modeler but wanted to know if there will be significant changes to this process in the near future that might require us to redo some work. According to Salesforce, "The next few releases will include a full lift and shift to bring the CG app into the SF Platform leveraging the SF mobile technology". We're interested to know to what extent these changes will be as well as the timeline.
Probably relevant to the previous question, we've read in some documentation about a possible "Hybrid" model for the app. Are there plans to have the app support both online and offline in the future?

I'm having an error when I try to do the login for the "Execute as" from the modeler.
In the specific, after I allow the connected app to access the permissions, it gives me back:

Modeller InstallationOfflineErrorHi, we are following the documentation on CG Cloud App installation, but on the step that requires to create a modeler administrator account we are having an error when trying to authenticate. We have already completed the installation and fulfilled every pre requisites indicated on the guide, but on this particular step of the post installation we got stuck when trying to get the ticket Id mentioned on the documentation.
We are not sure if this is issue is presented because of the connected app we are using, as we have tried with different connected apps but apparently it is something related to the consumer key, call back url and the consumer secret.
The error we are receiving when trying to authenticate is the following
