The standard object "Individual" does not support running a flow via quick action.

The Issue

Navigate to Setup > Object Manager, select the Individual object, then go to Buttons, Links, and Actions. Click New Action, and you'll notice that the Flow option is not available in the Action Type dropdown.

Solución

Why This Happens

This is an object-specific constraint. Only certain action types are supported for the Individual object, such as Create a Record, Custom Visualforce, Update a Record, Lightning Component, Lightning Web Component, and Agent Quick Action. Flow is not one of them.

Workarounds

If you need to run a flow for the "Individual" object, consider these alternatives:

  1. Use a custom Lightning Component or Lightning Web Component to invoke the flow.
  2. Embed the flow on a Lightning page layout for the "Individual" object.
