The standard object "Individual" does not support running a flow via quick action.

Description

Navigate to Setup > Object Manager, select the Individual object, then go to Buttons, Links, and Actions. Click New Action, and you’ll notice that the Flow option is not available in the Action Type dropdown.

Résolution

This is an object-specific constraint. Only certain action types are supported like Create a Record, Custom Visualforce, Update a Record, Lightning Component, Lightning Web Component and Agent Quick Action.

If you need to run a flow for the "Individual" object, you can consider alternative methods such as:

  1. Using a custom Lightning Component or Lightning Web Component to invoke the flow.
  2. Embedding the flow on a Lightning page layout for the "Individual" object.
