OmniScript Designer Not Showing Custom Lightning Web Component Element In Build Panel

Description
The OmniScript Designer is not showing the Custom Lightning Web Component Element in the Build Panel.
Résolution
This happens due the Vlocity OmniScript Element object having a deactivated Picklist value in the Type field. The "Custom Lightning Web Component" element must be activated or created if it is not already present in this picklist values to get the option back.
