Description

Marketing Cloud automatically deletes data 120 days after the contract expires. The entire process takes varying amounts of time given how large the account was and the data that was stored. There is no estimated completion time we can provide and no notifications are sent once the data is completely deleted. It is not possible to start this automated process earlier. If you would like to delete data sooner than this, consider manually doing so using Contact Delete and any other in-app delete functionality.
